Claire Croft is an executive coach and consultant. Claire’s main focus is on helping her clients to create high performing leadership teams, develop leaders (both current and future) and establish the right cultural conditions for talent to thrive. She works in close partnership with her clients developing strategic solutions, which remove the barriers to performance and achieve lasting improvements. Claire works with a range of organisations but has a particular interest in working with creative organisations and individuals and marketing departments.
Claire is passionate about the leaders of tomorrow and invests a proportion of her time coaching members of the highly acclaimed Marketing Academy. She enjoys public speaking and has delivered talks to marketing professional organisations such as the IPA.
Claire is committed to her personal development and invests as much of her time as possible in building her coaching and consulting skills by attending workshops, webinars, reading as well networking with fellow coaches. She also has regular supervision sessions and next year will undertake an additional qualification in team coaching.
Background and Experience
Before becoming an executive coach and trainer Claire worked within advertising agencies at board level for several years, both as a strategy partner and as a head of talent.
Inspiring behaviour change that delivers business results has been at the heart of everything Claire has done and she has been privileged enough to work for some of the nation’s biggest brands such as Boots, O2, RNLI, BMW and the BBC.
Making the move into talent Claire has worked with two of the most successful agencies in London (Proximity and M&C Saatchi) enabling them to see the value that comes from effective people development strategies and in-house coaching support.
Collectively her experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges (and indeed opportunities) facing people working across many organisations today, and of course what it takes to achieve the change that is needed to let potential flourish. Claire truly appreciates the commercial imperatives of investing in people and as such places great emphasis on accountability and measurement of the work that she delivers for clients.
Areas of Expertise
Claire works a lot with leaders both current and future as they strive to feel able to perform at their very best. Helping senior leadership teams to create aligned goals, agreed ways of working and a passion for collective success is a particular specialism for Claire.
