Personal Profile

An associate of Emerge, Jeremy has been working in the field of training and development for over twenty years. He specialises in practical application to ensure embedded learning. He believes that one size does not fit all and therefore it is important to work with and understand clients to achieve the kind of learning that will make a difference.

Background and Experience

Jeremy has extensive experience across a variety of sectors. He worked with BAE Systems on their Graduate programme for seven years, he has also worked on their Mustakbal Saudi leadership programme both in the UK & KSA. He ran their Influencing for Finance programme and most recently The Inspiring Excellence programme. He has also worked with MBDA, SKF, Lockheed Martin, Eurofighter, Airbus and Rolls Royce. He has recently designed and delivered a continuing leadership programme for ALD, alongside an innovative ‘Drop-in coaching surgery’, where anyone from Director to new starter could book a coaching session, the programme proved so popular that extra days were added to meet demand. He also works with VW Finance on their leadership programme and has recently run a team event in Bulgaria for Go Live UK.

Jeremy also works with Audi, Kier, The Gambling Commission, FCA, Carillion, ICAEW, International Baccalaureate, KFC, The Olympic Development Agency. As well as design and delivery Jeremy is an experienced assessor working on assessment and development programmes for GKN, VW, Robert McAlpine, Ordnance Survey, Carillion & Liverpool Victoria.

Since April this year he has designed and delivered programmes and coaching online including Code of Conduct Training with a Train the Trainer module, an ongoing international Leadership Development Centre, a modular training course on Influencing and design and delivery of extensive bid preparation work, coaching organisations to be their best at virtual assessment and interview when bidding for joint venture work.
