Tackling all forms of racial bias to build a culture where everyone feels supported to constructively challenge and confidently raise concerns.
MALE ALLIES FOR WOMEN’S SAFETY
Hosting an environment for men to explore women's safety issues whilst considering how they can support women further.
DIFFICULT TRANSITIONS
Raising awareness and confidence to handle sensitive personal situations that can affect us at work such as Bereavement, Divorce, Fertility, Caring Commitments and more.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
It is critical that managers understand how to have regular conversations with their team about their mental health and address any issues as early as possible. This workshop provides managers with the confidence and tools to do this.
