Lara Khalaf

Lara has more than 20 years of international experience managing large team operations in the private, corporate and public sectors.

Her business career commenced at the age of 16 supervising the family businesses whilst continuing with her education.

During her London corporate life she launched and developed business units as well as leading large teams with top clients from industries such as Insurance Brokerage, Banking, Investment Banking, Facilities Management and Hospitality.

In 2015 she decided to shift her career, follow her vocation and become a professional Coach; her last employment was as an in house Coach and Head of L&D for a large department in a Swiss investment bank.

In 2017 she started her entrepreneurial journey launching a boutique conscious coaching business firm focused on women’s development.

Amongst other accomplishments Lara is a NED for care home in Spain, has won multiple awards, including the 2019 Women Economic Forum “Exceptional Woman of Excellence”. She has delivered a TEDx talk called “the other side of Syria”, has spoken internationally on topics related to women’s empowerment, runs a podcast named “She who rises up” and blogs for Psychologies magazine, where she is also part of the it’s Coach’s directory.

As an international speaker having shared her wisdom on leadership, in particular feminine leadership, with audiences across Europe and the USA; she uplifts, elevates and inspires women to believe in their leadership and tap into their feminine energy with the aim to support the creation of a more balanced paradigm between the masculine and the feminine.
