Nick Howes

Nick has worked with leaders and managers of large corporations (e.g. banking, insurance, automotive) to SMEs, coaching them to improve their business performance through more effective leadership and management.

Nick has been Chair of Governors of a secondary school Academy which involved the management of a multi-million-pound organization with a large staff and significant community and local business partnerships.

In his current role as a professional trainer and coach, Nick works in an ongoing capacity with a number of companies, assisting the leaders within these organisations to improve results though people development strategies. He also leads a team of coaches, supporting and training them to improve their skills.
