Rosie-Ranganathan

With almost 20 years’ experience of working in HR with some pretty cool brands, Rosie is passionate about developing individuals and organisations.

Rosie began to coach as she noticed how this transformed the service she was able to provide to internal stakeholders and realised this was her new found path.  She trained with ILM and Barefoot, and began to focus full time on her coaching practice.  Rosie is a retained in-house coach for Coutts Private Bank (part of the Nat West Group) helping to drive a coaching culture and coaching senior leaders.  She is also a preferred supplier for UK Sport to coach leaders across the sector.
