It was a real pleasure to finally meet up with you on Wednesday.
I just wanted to pass on my thanks for your help in defining the programme and, more importantly, in facilitating a really stimulating and engaging day. As promised, you did get us all moving and thinking.
For me it was a really positive and successful event, not least because of the passion and participation of the entire team, which was largely down to your own involvement. It wouldn’t have been half as successful without you.

Thanks for this. ‎We Thoroughly enjoyed the day and the exercise were well received and fitting to the theme. I've heard lots of comments about how they didn't just have fun but learnt lots from the whole event too.

Thank you for a fantastic session yesterday. Feedback from the team has been very positive, with lots of food for thought! Looking at our energy levels this morning, I can only imagine how exhausted you must been by the end of the day – although you would never have known it. The enthusiasm and energy with which you led the day was fantastic. I think we got a good balance of activity and presentation, and the examples and humour resonated really well to bring each section to life in a very real way.

I wanted to take the time to drop you an email to thank you more formally for the last 2 days. I was, as you may have noticed, slightly concerned on Tuesday morning about how the delegates would respond to the agenda and programme we had designed. I was blown away by how well they did. I had comments at the end of Wednesday from a number of people that this was the best management meeting they had ever attended. That’s testimony to the superb work you did as facilitator, engager, challenger, developer and energiser. I am very grateful to you for all your efforts both on the 2 days but also over the past weeks in designing and developing.

Thank you for an engaging development programme on advanced presenting skills - 'Dynamic Design & Delivery'.

Although I've attended this sort of training before, this course gave me new ways of thinking about what I do, innovative facilitation techniques and ideas from the latest research in psychology. I would call this a real game changer in terms of equipping me with a whole load of skills that are already giving me different positive results when I present. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything for our Space2B event last week. We have been inundated with emails saying how much everyone enjoyed it and how they connected with the topic. It was great to see the ripple of nods going around the room as you spoke. It was one of the first events where we’ve had a senior women stand up and say I’m not perfect and there are areas where I have had to work hard on and I think that was really impactful and empowering.

It was great working with you and watching the event develop into such a success. What I thought was particularly special was to see the transformation throughout the group after learning new tools and techniques and creating an environment where they felt open to discuss aspirations and barriers.

The coaching programme was perfect, with so much relevant material that we can use in all aspects of our management roles to help transform the bank. I am happy that we had time to practice what we had learned and receive feedback from Mr. Justin - I wish every bank branch had him on site every day!

The feedback from the team was extremely positive following the session with Emerge. On our journey over the last few years we have encountered a number of inspirational people who have really helped us (in different ways) to grow and get better and stronger. The session yesterday and how Gillian brought her experience and professionalism to it was definitely one of those occasions. It was very timely and useful, and we have a clear plan of action and I look forward to us all being in a much more positive place by the next time we meet.

Along with a member of my team, I recently attended an Emerge leadership programme.
